It is believed that during the pre-Colombian era in Mexico, Indian tribes traveling in the present-day, western state of Jalisco discovered and revered the sweet, hypnotic “honey juice” originating from the heart of the indigenous agave plant.

For two centuries, the process of crafting the honey juice into tequila has been perfected into an art form that continues to be passed down from generation to generation and with that, their love for the soil and the taste for good tequila.
